Technical assistance to performing the managerial work and establishing contract administration controls for the construction of the Santo Domingo Metro’s Line 1 which is part of the Mass Rapid Transit System’s Pilot Project.

Services provided by the firm:

• Auditing the procedures used in executing the construction contracts in all its modalities

• Verification of process for calculations and payment documents, among others

• Compliance verification of the terms established in the contracts

• Procedure implementation for technical and financial controls established for the proper proper construction contract execution
• Review all the different contract types

• Definition of the procedure to perform the project’s calculations 

• Prepare necessary paperwork for calculation payments, including the procedure manual 

• Definition of procedures to enforce controls of contracts for services, material supply and supervision & design consultancy
