Ingenieros Evaluadores y Consultores, C. por A., known as IECCA by its Spanish acronym, is a full service engineering firm that began operations in the Dominican Republic in 1983.
Originally created as an engineering consulting firm, it focused solely on that area until 2000, when project construction was added to its service portfolio.
